How long does shipping take?
Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days for regional orders (BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan) and 2-3 business days for all other provinces. Orders going to remote locations may take up to 5 business days for delivery in some cases. Shipping times may also be affected by holidays, weather conditions, and other delays that are out of our control.
What is the cost of shipping?
We charge $15 flat rate shipping for regional orders (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba) and $20 flat rate to Eastern Canada and the territories. All orders over $200 get free shipping!
How will my order be processed?
After your order has been placed, please allow at least 24 hours for your order to be prepared and shipped. Orders are shipped 5 days a week (Monday – Friday). All orders are shipped in discreet, smell-proof packaging with no indication of its contents.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement package, free of charge. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.
My tracking number doesn't work. Help!
We will email your tracking number before it’s been scanned in at the post office. Until it has been scanned in, your tracking number will not be trackable on the Canada Post website. Please wait till the end of the day and your tracking number should appear correctly. If it does not, please email email@example.com and we will look into it.
Why hasn't my tracking information updated recently?
If you’re tracking your package on Canada Post’s website and it has not updated in some time, it’s most likely due to your package missing a scan, which is fairly common. More often than not, members get their packages on time or a day later. If you do not receive it 2 days after your expected date, let us know so we can file a trace with the post office.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure and easy payments using Email Money Transfer (via Interac or any other EMT means), as well as all major Credit, Debit, & Prepaid Cards.
How do I send an Email Money Transfer?
After placing your order, you will be provided with our email for accepting payments, along with a security code that will be used to accept your payment securely. Please set the security question as your order number and the answer as the security code provided. If you use online banking with a Canadian bank/credit union, then sending an Interac E-transfer takes just a couple of minutes. Google is a great tool and if you search “your bank name” + Interac E-transfer in Google.ca, you should easily find instructions on how to send a transfer with your financial institution. I've sent the payment. What's next?
Your order will be on-hold until we have accepted your payment. Once we have accepted your payment, you will receive an email notification stating that we have begun processing your order.
What happens if I don't send a payment?
If you do not send a payment within 2 days of placing your order, your order will be canceled and you will have to redo the checkout process. If you are having an issue sending an Email Money Transfer, please contact us!
How do I create an account?
Creating an account with us is very simple. To register for an account, click here. You will be required to provide basic information (first/last name, email, password) as well as an uploaded image of your ID for age verification.
Do I need an account to check out?
Yes, we require users to be registered for an account before placing an order.
I forgot my password. What can I do?
If you lost or forgot your password, you can reset your password by clicking this link: Reset Password. You must have access to the account email in order to reset your password.
How do I find my username?
Your username by default is the email you signed up with. If you would like to change your username, you can do so in your account settings.
