How long does shipping take?
Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days for regional orders (BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan) and 2-3 business days for all other provinces. Orders going to remote locations may take up to 5 business days for delivery in some cases. Shipping times may also be affected by holidays, weather conditions, and other delays that are out of our control.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge $15 flat rate shipping for regional orders (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba) and $20 flat rate to Eastern Canada and the territories. All orders over $200 get free shipping!
How will my order be processed?
Your order will be discreetly packaged and vacuum-sealed to protect and maintain your privacy. We ship using Xpresspost mailers or nondescript boxes with no indication of what is inside.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement package, free of charge. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure and easy payments using Email Money Transfer (via Interac or any other EMT means), as well as Debit/Credit card payments.
How do I send an Email Money Transfer?
After placing your order, you will be provided with our email for accepting payments, along with a security code that will be used to accept your payment securely. Please set the security question as your order number and the answer as the security code provided. If you use online banking with a Canadian bank/credit union, then sending an Interac E-transfer takes just a couple of minutes. Google is a great tool and if you search “your bank name” + Interac E-transfer in Google.ca, you should easily find instructions on how to send a transfer with your financial institution. Your order will be on hold until we have accepted your payment. Once we have accepted your payment, you will receive an email notification stating that we have begun processing your order.
What happens if I don't send a payment?
If you do not send a payment within 2 days of placing your order, your order will be canceled and you will have to redo the checkout process. If you are having an issue sending an Email Money Transfer, please contact us!
